Thank you for choosing Volts Bay for your electronic needs. We aim to give you with the best products and services possible. Below is our Refund and Returns Policy outlining the guidelines for returns and refunds:

Returns Eligibility:

All products purchased from Voltsbay.com, including All ZOYI Products, are eligible for returns.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused. It should be in its original packaging. It must also be in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the buy date.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The time it takes depends on your payment provider’s policies.

Warranty:

  • ZOYI multimeters are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of buying.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Return Process:

  • To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at info@voltsbay.com to ask for a return authorization (RMA) number.
  • Upload item receipt to receive RMA number
  • Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will cover them if the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange a product for the same item due to a defect, please contact us. It can also be due to an error on our part. We will arrange the exchange.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@voltsbay.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you varies.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will get your returned item.
