Returns Eligibility
- All products purchased from VoltsBay.com, including all ZOYI products, are eligible for returns.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original packaging.
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refund times depend on your payment provider’s policies.
Warranty
- ZOYI multimeters are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions.
- It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@VoltsBay.com to request a return authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping service.
