Returns Eligibility:
All products purchased from Voltsbay.com, including ZOYI multimeters, socket testers, Voltage Detectors , Clamp meters are eligible for returns.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Warranty:
- ZOYI multimeters are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@voltsbay.com to request a return authorisation (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange a product for the same item due to a defect or error on our part, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Exceptions:

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@voltsbay.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
